This wine comes from a careful selection of the grapes, entirely produced in the vineyards of our company.

VINEYARDS

Altitude: 250 - 320 m.s.l.m.
Average density of plants per hectare: 5.000
Training system: spurred cordon, upside down from Tuscany
Grapes: Minimum 80% Sangiovese, plus other red berried vines
Harvest: from mid-September to mid-October

WINE

Fermentation: in steel vats at controlled temperature by indigenous yeasts
Duration of maceration: 10 - 15 days
Aging: 50% in wood, 50% in steel
Bottling: 12 months after the harvest

Tasting notes and pairings: Our Chianti Classico is ruby ​​red in color with a soft and elegant aroma. It has a good acidity, typical of Sangiovese, which is why it is a very versatile wine and is perfect to serve with a wide variety of dishes. Perfect with grilled red meats, white meats, soups, pasta, cheese.

Our Riserva, the great Chiantigiana tradition, enjoy it and you will find those aromas and flavors that only Sangiovese grown in our countryside can offer.

Tasting notes and pairings: The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color with notes of ripe red fruit, hints of cherry and licorice on the bouquet. On the palate it is soft and has a long finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled, roasted and stewed red meats, but also with game, soups, medium-aged cheeses.

Vigna Elisa Vineyard


CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG

Vigna Elisa takes its name from the vineyard whose grapes are used for the production of this wine. The Elisa vineyard offers us a Sangiovese that manages to constantly express its potential, regardless of the vintage and that is why we decided to make it our most important Chianti Classico.

Bottling: minimum 12 months

Tasting notes and pairings: Intense ruby ​​red color, Elisa gives off notes of very ripe fruit. It is still a fresh wine in which the fruity notes combine harmoniously with the aromas of the wood. On the palate it is complex, rich and has sweet and harmonious tannins. The finish and aftertaste are both long. It is perfect with grilled, roasted or stewed red meats, game and mature cheeses.


Extra Virgin Olive Oil


"From the olives produced in our olive groves we obtain this excellent" Extra Virgin Olive Oil "characterized by a very low acidity and an intense fruity aroma. The olives of the Frantoio, Leccino, Morinello varieties are rigorously hand-picked and pressed within 24 hours of the harvest made with traditional Tuscan methods.

Taste: Nice full and balanced flavor with hints of artichoke and herbaceous fragrance with a spicy bitter aftertaste.
